This is a re-posting (with minor mods) of an earlier change set. It works 
with 3.0, as well.

This makes the SelectorBrowser (the "method finder") display the source of 
the selected method. When no method is selected, it displays its help text as 
usual.

It also makes the browser open up using the default window size rather than 
the hardcoded one in SelectorBrowser.

The other change set is one that will make this the default SelectorBrowser.
