	This is an issue that other people mentioned too. I've been using
WinCvs and an ssh client on Windows perfectly for a long time, on my
own CVS and on SourceForge too.

	You can find WinCvs in www.WinCvs.org, it is a GPL free project.
	And to use SourceForge you'll need a command line ssh client, I
think you can get it from http://www.jfitz.com/tips/ssh_for_windows.html#CommandLineSSHSCP. The configuration may be a little tricky, if anybody needs help, just say so
