[BUG] PWM8 Sound misbehaving in Squeak 3.0

Folks,

This is because of a change to the way the 3.0 image calls the
sound primitives. I think we'll need a new VM or a plugin to
set things right. Stay tuned.

P.S. The fact that you get any sound at all is because when
the primitive fails, it calls Smalltalk code to do the work
the primitive would have done. It computes the proper samples,
but it does so slow slowly that it can't keep up in real time
if you have more than one or two voices playing. On my 292 MHz
G3, I can get play one voice without dropuouts.
