Preliminary release of Squeak3.0 available for test

Is sound working under Windows?

I tried the test 3.0 image with the Nov 4 2000 Windows VM, and I don't
get any kind of sound.

I went back to a fully updated 2.9 image and also did not get sound.

A much earlier 2.8 image does give me sounds with this VM, and the 
test 3.0 image with a Linux VM also has sound.

Is a newer Window VM needed?
