Hi,
  Thisis now up on the uiuc FTP site.  I know that
ftp://st.cs.uiuc.edu/Smalltalk/Squeak/3.0 is a bit chaotic right 
now, once I'm back home and the 3.0 release settles down I'll 
clean things up.
