One in the "uncategorized" (by default checked) and one in "general" 
(by default unchecked).  Obviously, only one of these actually works, 
but the other should probably be removed from the Preferences menu.

I'm not certain that allowing MVC projects to be built by default is 
necessarily the right move.  Would it make sense, perhaps, to set by 
default the "higherPerformance" option instead?  (Should the 
mvcProjectsAllow and higherPerformance options somehow be linked?)
