Included are 2 compressed change sets for V3.0

d-n-d file list.05Feb1212.cs provides basic copy between file lists via
drag n drop.

file list IV.05Feb1212.cs creates yet another file list (FileList4)
which subclasses FileList and
includes use of the multicolumn pane for the file list as well as the
optional buttons in a fixed size pane.
