Please review the attached fixes and consider them for inclusion
in the code stream. Broken examples are cruel jokes to newbies
like myself (but they do offer a marvelous learning opportunity;)

The examples now work correctly though the mask 15
example does not match the example in "Introduction to
Smalltalk" ???


I suspect that there is an opportunity to develope examples
for color forms as well and I may try that some day.
