Re-posting this with BUG heading so it gets picked up.

Currently the Debugger's Where button does not do anything useful (it toggles 
whether or not the PC gets displayed, but it's not obvious that that is 
happening).

This fixes the Debugger's Where button to do what it's supposed to:
select the method text at the current PC location.
