A Squeak Plug-in Application

Bert (or whomever),
After bringing up the Squeak plug-in as per following instructions, I saw the
message
"It has an autoloader installed to be used as Browser Plugin image."
(this is in a window in the outer MVC project). Can one build one's own image
of this kind -- is this a VM gadget or is it done in Smalltalk. Having done
that, can one build one having changes and sources files in the Plugins
directory, and as such behave much like normal Squeak?
