Using the morph menu, I made the project navigation flap "adhere to
edge..." bottomRight.   Now whenever I go move my cursor into a new pane
of a window up on the screen, the navigation flap pops up and then
deflates itself again.  It seems to happen whenever a scroll bar appears
or disappears.  I am running a up-to-date alpha 3.1 image.

It is visually annoying and does not to go back to normal when I set it
back to adhere again to the bottomLeft edge.
