Dave, my deepest apologies.  It was a heedless mistake on my part even if
done with good intentions.   Since the subject of memorial gifts for Jerry
Archibald had been discussed on the list, I mistakenly assumed that the
results should be also.  I should have recast the message into just one of
my own wording.  Again, please accept my apologies for this blunder.
