  ... and, more importantly, now the VM trys to use a file
mapped memory region for Squeak heap if the image doesn't
fit the available normal heap  (based on the Noel Bergman's
code.  Thank you!) 

  If you have CF memory card and enough space on it, the VM
creates a large temporary file and uses the file as the
backing store region.  In this way, the VM can avoid 32MB
limit of WinCE process size.

  The VM trys to remove the temporary file at the end of
session, but if the file lingers for some reason, go ahead
and delete "\Storage Card\Squeak.mem" file.
