Very nice looking stuff!
I just poked some random functionality, and here is one thing I stumbled across:

After loading SUnitConfig and BaseTests, I opened the TestRunner and did a RunAll.
This brings up a walkback in CollectionIntervalTest(CollectionProtocolTest)>>testAllSatisfyErrors.
Is this a known problem? AFAICT, the collection behavior is correct (it raises Error where it should)
but the SUnit framework seems to miss the exception.
