Last time I saw a measurement the ARM soft FPE managed a rather feeble
couple of hundred kiloflops. Waiting for an ARM10+arrayFP machine;
should give about 6-800 mips plus 1.2 or so gigaflops :-) at .2 watts or
so. Someday....
