Hey All,

This change set contains the class MusicMonitor.  MusicMonitor controls
the music being played by a ScorePlayerMorph while you surf the web or
read email.  You can assign ScorePlayerStates, defined by the selected
midi file, instruments, volume, etc. to conditions in Celeste and
Scamper.  For instance, MusicMonitor can be used to play the Mighty Mouse
Theme Song when the current URL contains the string "squeak".
