I've just uploaded the second verson of the 3.1 compatible VMMaker files
which match the description in my article for the upcoming issue
of SqueakNews.
To the original version it adds:-
 - single external plugin generation
 - single internal plugin generation (provided it has previously been
generated - sort of a re-gen option if you are working on a plugin and
want to try again without regenerating everything), including updating
sqNamedPrims.h
 - simple configuration save & reload (needs much more to be truly
useful but this seemed a useful start)
 - quick access to generate all internal (or external) except for a list
 - quick access to generating an internal list and and external list

I believe and hope that it is compatible with any image post #3910 up to
todays 402-whatever level.
