  Thanks for the information.  I had no idea that the cost of production was so high. This makes the $99 annual subscription price a bargain because you are not even covering cost ($9x12=108).  Delighted to hear that you will be adding more content to the online service.
  Assuming 3 months content would fit on one mini-CD, how about quarterly releases for the financial challenged?  This helps control your cost but still gives an alternative way to access great information.
