Folks,

herewith a couple of fixes to the StarSqueak subsystem:

* Fixes a couple of StarSqueakPatch neighbor methods to cascade #x: and #y: 
setters instead of sending the (unimplemented) #x:y:

* Fix missing return in StarSqueakTurtle>>patchBrightness

* Fix turtle cache addressing scheme in #firstTurtleAtX:y:
