Anyone Squeaking at ACM SIGCSE?

Well, Mark, the problem with "peer review" (and "trial by a jury of 
peers") is that they almost never come up with actual peers. (I 
personally have always detested (and ignored) this mechanism in ACM 
and NSF, etc.)
