Well I changed page that to reflect OS-X

Under OS-X if you run the carbon version of the VM it will allocate 
1GB of VM, and N MB of real. If the VM needs to grow then it will 
grow upto 1GB of real. However once you start swapping then things go 
very very slow - See why Smalltalk doesn't behave nice with Virtual 
Memory.
