Add menu options to save/load your filters in EMAIL.filters.

Highly recommend this [ENH] by Leandro added to base. Main thing that'd
keep me from making all the filters I really need was knowing I'd lose
them with the image - well no more!

Tested it in need, and it worked fine. It's two tiny new methods, and a
small mod to the category menu- merging those 2 lines is the only
integration needed.
