I would like to know if there are some particular points I should pay
attention when using become: on some smallIntegers or heavily optimized
objects like 1, 2 ....

I'm writing a column on useful reflection practices. I like scaffolding
patterns http://www.rolemodelsoft.com/patterns/scaffold.htm and I wanted to
do a spy on objects (capsules, minimalobject...). And I was wondering if
become: is applicable on any object.
