And then you have Jitterbug (http://jitterbug.samba.org/) which I like because of it's simplicity
and hackability. Bugzilla is surely hackable and probably has 100 times more cool features but it
seems so... well, not very lightweight...

We have used Jitterbug for quite some time on a large internal project, added a few nice-things
etc. If there is interest I could always rig one up. Or Squeakfoundation could do it very easily -
it only needs Apache (not even a db).
