accented font support in Squeak

Two points here:

I *think* the fonts end up in the image. Before I remembered this I
peeked about with the system browser but couldn't find anything
appropriate, then peeked about in the image with a hex editor which
seems to confirm that they're in the image (but then, I'm no wiz with
khexed). Of course, I could have been looking in the wrong
place......;-) This isn't to say that code couldn't be written to rip
them out and file them back in, but it adds a big layer of complexity.

There are a lot of licensing/copyright/copyleft issues around fonts
(most of which don't apply on a personal use basis). You could be
setting yourself up for trouble.
