No, you're right, this is a mistake: the label at the top should be
Email....

I think so: lots of the little details have changed from 2.9 (when
Istarted doing it) to 3.2a (when I finished).

No. How this works is that if you connect to the Internet and then click
on the [ ] Squeak then puts all the servers it can connect to in your
directory. Click on Bob's and all the contents of Bob's are displayed.
