This is another small maintainance version. The changelog is below.

This version has an installer. It gives you separate changesets for the
various parts, which is better than the balls of mud I had earlier.

PositionableStream class>on:
* Made turned RBConditions right back to being lazy as they were meant
to be.
* Fixed a bug in the Finder code - it now works with the selected
Category if a class isn't chosen.
