It would be nice to have a place to organize VMs and plugins that people
build, maybe on the Swiki?  What kind of info would we need for each?
  Interpreter version (3.0, 3.1)
  Custom enhancements (if any)
  Builtin Plugins (with info on version and enhancements)
  External Plugins (bundled with download)
