SPSBrowser and RefactoringBrowser as Squeak image segments on BSS

Hi,

I converted the code for the SPSBrowser and the RefactoringBrowser into 
Squeak Image segments for Bobs Super swiki (BSS). So it's much easier to
load
them into Squeak.

Note these projects require an updated 3.1alpha image. To open the project
either
browse the pages with scamper and click on the .pr links or use the orange
"find"
buttom at the bottom of your squeak image to locate them on BSS.
