... some of whose changes to the compiler unfortunately conflict with some 
changesets that came later than 4081 (which was the version that HMM was 
working with).

It looks like HMM's three (of four) changesets BetterDebugger.cs, 
BetterDebugger2.cs, and  "Debugger class-informExistingDebuggerlabel.st" were 
all skipped. Perhaps someone thought that BetterDebugger3.cs was inclusive.
