JPEG Compression?

Hi

Yes, I'm using the same LIBJPG as you. It's working right now, but only
with real files. I'm trying to make it work also with memory streams.
I'll make it available soon, when it's finished.

I didn't start with TIFF suppport, and after looking at your work, I see
it's not necessary. We could merge our work, we should see if the
resulting plugin is too big or not.
