1. Adds a new setting that controls the fetch limit. This limit
is the maximum number of messages that are fetched at
once, and saved before attempting to download more of them.
Useful for dial-up users who had to download all over again
if the communication is suddenly broken.

2. Adds a confirmation question so that the user have a chance
to avoid the removal of all messages shown in the list pane.
Useful to prevent the execution of removeAll by accident
(which happens sometimes since the removeAll item is just
below moveAll in the menu)."!
