Because of a string of Red Worm viruses, our networking services at 
Georgia Tech have closed off off-campus traffic to port 80, the web 
server port. So, if you cannot reach the Squeak Swiki, that is probably 
why. We are fixing the problem, so this may not be a problem in a little 
while. Until this is resolved, you can use the Swiki on port 8080 
(http://minnow.cc.gatech.edu:8080/squeak). It's the same thing.
