Well, yes, of course. But the thread was diverging quite far away from Squeak. I have read all
those postings and apart from perhaps one or two most did not touch upon the role of Squeak in all
this in any way whatsoever.

This doesn't mean that we can't discuss things like that, it is just that it may be good if we can
put a stop on it when it gets out of hand, right? Hey, I may be wrong, it has happened before...
:-)

Anyway, there have been several people pointing this out so...

PS. I thought your original posting was good (although I don't have it handy right now) but I also
understand that it is a highly touchy subject for good reasons so I am not surprised that some
people reacted/misunderstood etc. DS
