invalid Win32Rectangle compiledSpec (field definition)

Hi squeakers!

After loading a new image (3.0 and 3.1 alpha) the byteSize of the
Win32Rectangle returns 0 but should return 16.

To correct the compiledSpec (field definition) type

    Win32Rectangle compileFields.
