That's because 3.2.6b8 is an application package. For os-x it launchs 
the right version of Squeak for OS-X. Under os 9 it launchs the 
classic version of the VM. and for OS7.5.5-8.x it appears as a folder 
which  you open and then launch the classic version. Both VM's for 
the price of one and settles the issue where folks switch back and 
forth between os-9 and os-x.


Also try the current Cocoa version, it's improved.
