WinCE and Linux tinyBenchmarks?

Unless they've finally fixed gcc to handle floating point ARM code
without taking a branch to poughkeepsie, the wince vm is likey to be
~twice as fast. With the gcc problem you can't user any optimization
level above 0 :-(
