Lex Spoon submitted a fix for this a little while ago... see 
http://swiki.gsug.org:8080/sqfixes/2147.html

Interestingly, the problem doesn't seem to happen on Macs, which may be 
part of why SqC never noticed it.  This fix should probably be added to 
3.2gamma and 3.3alpha.
