Squeak for WinCE/x86?

I would be very interested in learning what minimal/basic/foundational
Linux setup would be needed/desired for having a fully functional system
with Squeak being the primary software used. This seems like it would
offer close to a SqueakNOS without truly being such.

I would want Squeak to have full access to hardware via appropriate
Linux drivers, etc.

I would like to possibly explore this sometime soon. I will be
purchasing a couple of hard drives and was wanting to explore with my
Linux setup. Debian Dselect seems to make an awful lot of requirements
when selecting software. :( My system seems to be putting on weight.

I am looking starting afresh and using apt-build to compile my system
for my hardware. I am also exploring the possibility of using Gentoo
which is completely optimized for your hardware. http://www.gentoo.org

Part of my motivation will be to setup one of my new drives for a server
environment (web app). No need for Gnome, KDE, etc.

Any help towards doing such greatly appreciated.

What Linux facilities will I want for a fully enabled Squeak?
Including those which could be used by OSProcess.

Thanks,

Jimmie Houchin
