So does my recipe for spicy tofu, but that doesn't mean there isn't a
big mess to clean up :-)
Without having spent any serious time thinking about it, it really does
seem to me that we have a not very nice mechanism for this facility. Oh
well, add it to the list of things I hope somebody else will fix before
it gets to the top of my list.
