Ooh, thanks! I'd assumed that since the World appeared to be drawing 
itself properly, I didn't need to start it drawing again.

I wonder why it's drawing if it thinks it's stopped drawing.

Or maybe the drawing is handled by the WorldState or something, I 
forget.
