Anyone have a 3.2 shrink script for Morphic apps?

Hi all,

Has anyone come up with a shrink script that keeps Morphic (and 
optionally some development tools like the Debugger and the Browser)?

I'd like to distribute a Morphic app, and I don't feel like shipping 
5+ Mb of image.

I know about Craig's IPaq shrinking script (though I don't think I've 
seen a version for 3.2).
