I'm thinking about the rightward pointing hand, the open rightward
looking eye, open colon, Alto from the front, etc. that were in ST-72
and 76 (and 78?). Theye were originally done as new glyphs on the
standard character set (like left arrow is in Squeak now) but I'd like
to make them proper characters in their own right. This frees up the
standard set for the expected characters and more ansi compatibility,
and still lets us do cool things in future with the language syntax.
