HTMLParser fixes

Ned Konz pointed out a few issues with my recently released (and hastily
tested) HTML-Parser; there's a new version up on SqueakMap that should be
a little more usable (in particular, by properly parsing documents that
have <body> tags (!), and omitting pure-whitespace elements).
