The StarBrowser will use the RefactoringBrowser if it's installed (at

There is no special RefactoringBrowser support for StarBrowser's 
categories, though.

I could add a "help" item to the service context menu, or you could 
just read the class comments (if they exist). I probably need a 
better interface, though.
