I also believe the SqueakMap statement to be entirely proper that 
SqueakL is the only allowable license for code in the base image.  For 
the base image code, LGPL is entirely inappropriate, let alone the 
stricter GPL.

But the separately installable stuff on SqueakMap is an entirely 
different thing, in my own worthless opinion, and for that code I still 
maintain the LGPL is not a problem.
