MIDI in MacOS X (was Re: SoundIn in MacOS X?)

Stephen, I only tried playing MIDI through QuickTime.  That works 
just fine.  I haven't tried any MIDI input.  I do have a USB MIDI 
connector, but I've never tried in MacOS X, and I'm quite sure that I 
couldn't use it with Squeak yet.
