Hmmm.... must have missed it....

Two months ago (Dec 6th to be exact).

It doesn't seem to happen to everyone (I wasn't seeing it in W2K
with 3.2a back in Decmber but am now with 3.3a - 4744. Haven't 
moved the image over to Mac OS X to see if it exists over there
with the same image (it didn't for me back in December. Same exact image
for Mac OS X & W2K but it happened in one & not the other
