Yup. Eliot miranda's later versions of BrouHaHa were threaded; pretty
fast too. I _think_ something like 80% of the performance of the
ParcPlace VMs of the same vintage.

Ian Piumarta's first attempt at a squeak dynamic translator was a
variety of threader as well.
