Under OS-X if you ran in full screen mode and used the cmd-key to 
switch applications then when you went back to squeak the window 
manager would move the window to make space for the nonexistent 
menubar.

However it turns out this is a feature and can be turned off by 
specifying a special window attribute at window creation time.

Therefore this issue is fixed in the pending 3.2.4 VM,

if you have other issues, squeakers should remind me.
